It has been reported that f(x)’s Krystal fainted during their group’s performance at the ‘Lotte Duty Free Shop Family Concert’, which was held in Seoul on November 27th.
Krystal was standing on stage with the rest of the members at the concert when she suddenly fainted during their last performance, and was taken to the emergency room immediately.
SM Entertainment later revealed to Star News, “We received a precise diagnosis after we took Krystal to the hospital. Fortunately, there are no abnormalities to her body, and she had just fainted because she was in a poor condition today. Krystal sends her thank you message to the fans who have been worrying for her, and said they all can have peace of mind now.”

The ‘2010 Valkyrie Concert‘ was recently held on November 20th at the Korea University Gymnasium, and it was an event where high school seniors were able to gather and celebrate the completion of the nationwide college entrance qualification exams (CSAT).
Singers who performed at the celebratory event include f(x), T-ara, miss A, DJ Doc, and SHINee.

KARA revealed pictures that they took shortly before their first comeback performance on MBC’s ‘Show! Music Core‘ on November 20th.
Maknae Kang Jiyoung wrote on their official me2day, “Today, we’re transforming into Chikoritas! The broadcast of our comeback stage will be aired soon.”
Nicole uploaded a picture of the lunch boxes their fans sent them, and added, “Wowow the food was delicious. We ate until our stomachs exploded.”

According to YesAsia, the girls will release their 3rd single, titled “How Dare You (니까짓게)” on November 29th. The tracklist for their single is as follows:

A netizen recently uploaded a ‘face-body ratio analysis’ picture on a popular internet community site, and it has since been stirring quite a discussion.
What fascinated them was that even with Seungyeon’s short height of 158cm (5.2 ft), her height is equivalent to 7.5 times her face size, thanks to her small face.

KARA have transformed from sexy ‘Jumping‘ girls into cute fluffy animals.
On November 15th, Goo Hara uploaded the picture on her Twitter and added, “KARA animals kek We’re going to Korea~ Even though it was fun and tiring! We’ll work even harder when we go back. Members~ I love out >.<>
The photo Hara revealed is a picture of all five members wearing chubby animal suits. Gyuri turned into a rabbit, Seungyeon a monkey, Nicole a fox, Jiyoung a cow, and Hara a bear.
Fans expressed, “This is so cute”, “I want to raise the KARA animals myself”, “I don’t think anyone can pull off being ‘cute’ as much as them.”
KARA will be returning to Korea on November 15th in preparation for a new cycle of promotions for their new single, ‘Jumping’ after their Japan promotions this past week.

Sometimes, K-pop fans get a little too overly-stimulated with flashy tracks and choreography, and so we lose the natural voices of performing artists. 2PM recently sat down for an interview and performance on Kim Jung Eun’s “Chocolate“, and while there, they delivered a beautiful performance of “I Can’t” from their latest album, “Still 2:00PM“.
Fans have been eagerly waiting for this live performance, as it’s easily one of the best tracks from the album. Melodious and smooth, the boys’ natural voices were accentuated by the light accompaniment of an acoustic guitar.

Word has been flying around amongst fan forums about a four member comeback for girl group f(x), and SM Entertainment has recently denied them as groundless rumors.
SM Entertainment told Star News on November 15th, , “Previous reports of f(x) coming back as a four member group is not true. Nothing has been decided within our company.”
When asked about Amber’s whereabouts, they answered, “Amber has completed her public activities and is currently in the U.S.”
The representative went on to deny rumors about Amber leaving the group, adding, “Amber naturally had a weak ankle. Her condition got worse with the continued activities. All of the rumors about her leaving the group are groundless.”

A red light has been put on rookie group Co-Ed’s promotional activities after member One Light Hyo Young broke her ankle.
A representative of Core Contents Media revealed on November 15th that Hyo Young fell down the stairs of their rehearsal room on the 14th and broke her ankle. She was rushed to the hospital and received surgery on the morning of the 15th.
The representative stated, “She received surgery this morning, but will need at least two more surgeries. Doctors have expressed that she broke more than one area as it was a complex fracture. At least eight weeks will be needed for complete treatment.”
Core Contents Media has stated that they are currently discussing changes to the “Jungle Fish 2” script, as Hyo Young is playing the role of T-ara Jiyeon’s rival in the drama. “Co-Ed’s future activities will also have to be re-planned.”
It’s really unfortunate timing for the girl, as her career has just started lifting off the ground.

The girls of KARA, with their newest single “Jumping,” have hit overseas success once again.
According to DSP Entertainment on November 15th, KARA’s song “Jumping” took the second spot on Japan’s Oricon Daily chart. With this achievement, KARA has taken both of their Japanese singles to the top 5 of the Oricon charts.
In addition to their achievement on the Oricon chart, KARA’s music video for “Jumping” placed first in downloads on Japan’s “iTunes Store Video Clip,” while their song hit third place on the rankings for “iTunes Store Pop.”
Not only are the girls attaining a strong fanbase in Japan, but they’ve also hit first place back home on the real-time charts of music portal sites, moments after the release of the song.
Furthermore, the girls of KARA will begin their promotions this week, following the release of their Korean fourth mini-album on the 16th.
Whew, looks like the girls have been quite productive, and they’re only going to get busier. Stay tuned!

It has been revealed that miss A’s Suzy is cutting back on as much of her singing activities as possible to prepare for her role in KBS’s upcoming drama, “Dream High“.
A representative of JYP Entertainment stated, “We’re doing this to allow her to focus on acting rehearsals until the drama ends. We’ll be taking her out of all singing activities, or at least try to minimize them as much as possible.”
Suzy will be playing the role of ‘Go Hye Mi,’ a girl that dreams of becoming the next hottest queen of ‘Girin Arts High School’. JYPE’s representative continued, “There’s a lot of pressure since her role is very important. She has to do well in order for the drama to do well, so she’s doing her best.”
There’s a lot of hype building around this drama, and we can’t wait to see how Suzy and the rest of her the A-list singers will do in this hot drama!
“Dream High” will debut on January 3rd, 2011 through KBS2TV.

Girl group Rainbow recently revealed the whole slew of presents they received from their fans in celebration of their one year anniversary.
The group’s anniversary was on November 13th, which was also the day of their goodbye stage for their “Mach” promotions. Various bouquets, rice cakes, and other gifts were delivered to their waiting room by their fans. What caught the attention of many, however, were the various health drinks that the fans prepared, impressing netizens with their care for the girls’ health.
As soon as the gifts were received, the members immediately expressed their thanks, “We’ll be working even harder from now on. Thank you to our fans for giving us so much attention and love, we’ll be paying everyone back with better music. Please don’t be too disappointed that our promotion cycle for this album was so short. We hope you give us your continued interest for our next cycle.”
